President – Austin A. Frye, JD, MBA, CFP
®

Originally from New York City, Austin A. Frye majored in math at Lehman College, CUNY, obtained his MBA from New York University and his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law.

In 1979, after training in actuarial sciences and qualified corporate retirement planning, he moved to South Florida and opened his own consulting firm. At Frye Retirement Planning he now heads a talented team focused on customizing and administrating sophisticated plans, or combinations of plans to best suit his clients’ needs.

Austin possesses not only the knowledge and experience required to oversee top notch corporate pension planning, but as an attorney, also possesses the legal expertise to guide clients in ensuring that plans remain legally compliant and that fiduciary requirements are being met.

Director – Robin Newman, ERPA 

With over 30 years of experience, Robin Newman is regarded throughout the South Florida community as a highly knowledgeable consultant and administrator in the qualified retirement planning field. Robin is highly skilled in all phases of plan operation including the initial plan selection/design, ongoing administration, and compliance with all annual filing requirements , ERISA and the myriad laws affecting pension plans, and in Internal Revenue Code compliance. Robin has extensive experience in successfully navigating clients through complex IRS and DOL audits as well.

Robin’s many years of involvement in all aspects of retirement planning and with the laws governing them, have made her a primary resource for an ever expanding number of local CPAs and Attorneys regarding complex retirement issues.

Robin holds the designation of Enrolled Retirement Plan Agent (ERPA) from the Internal Revenue Service, which allows her to practice before the IRS in matters pertaining to Qualified Retirement Plans. She has served on the Executive Board of Directors of the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA) and Benefits Council (ABC) of South Florida. ASPPA is the largest professional organization dedicated to the preservation and enhancement of the private retirement system.

Robin has twin daughters.
